Who We Are
Mount Olive Lutheran Church and Christian Day School is a diverse and vibrant Christian community. Built on our rich Lutheran heritage since our founding in 1894, we seek to share the love and hope of Jesus with the community around us and the students in our school.
Rooted in Jesus
Everything we do begins with Jesus. His death and resurrection fuel our hope, compassion, and mission to serve others.
Growing in Grace
None of us are perfect and we need God’s forgiveness daily. Through his grace, in his word and sacraments, we grow to be more like him in our character, words, and actions. We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God. Holy Scriptures are the final authority for our faith and life.
Branching Out to Others
As disciples of Jesus, we support and encourage one another as we live lives outside of the church building. Jesus calls us to be his ambassadors in the world around us. By his grace and uplifted by each other, we seek to share his love, truth, and mercy with friends and neighbors.
